We provide your patients with the same quality care that you do. Communication is key in everything that we do. To provide a seamless transition between your hospital and ours, we ask that you refer to the instructions below:
Please call the clinic and speak with the attending veterinarian to ensure continuity of patient care

Email current radiographs, lab work, and pertinent history
Inform us of your wishes for continued care - whether you would like to see your patient the next day, continue care at our facility (24 hour hospitalization on weekends and holidays), or refer to a specialty practice
Inform us of relevant client communications
Inform us of any materials sent with your client (i.e. medications, IV bags, records etc.)

Information for Your Clients
Transferring a beloved pet can be stressful for clients. To help your clients feel comfortable and prepared before transferring their pet, please have them review our protocol (found on our website) prior to arriving. Once your client informs us of their arrival, we will proceed with admitting their pet for continued care.
We do our best to prioritize transfers from our referring clinics. Please inform clients that they may still encounter wait times due to the volume of critical patients admitted to our facility.
