Referring Veterinarians

Important Information for You

We provide your patients with the same quality care that you do. Communication is key in everything that we do. To provide a seamless transition between your hospital and ours, we ask that you refer to the instructions below:

  • Please call the clinic and speak with the attending veterinarian to ensure continuity of patient care

  • Fax or email  records to 727-787-5390 or aaanimalercenter@gmail.com

  • Email current radiographs, lab work, and pertinent history

  • Inform us of your wishes for continued care - whether you would like to see your patient the next day, continue care at our facility (24 hour hospitalization on weekends and holidays), or refer to a specialty practice

  • Inform us of relevant client communications

  • Inform us of any materials sent with your client (i.e. medications, IV bags, records etc.)
